Naughty Dog published four PC tiers. The two shown are the Minimum (Low, 720p/30) and Recommended (High, 1080p/60). Above those, the 'Performance' tier targets 1440p/60 on High and asks for a Ryzen 5 5600X or Core i7-9700K, 32 GB of RAM and an RX 6750 XT or RTX 2080 Ti; the 'Ultra' tier targets 4K/60 on Ultra with a Ryzen 9 5900X or Core i5-12600K, 32 GB of RAM and an RX 7900 XT (using FSR set to Quality) or an RTX 4080. Every tier requires 100 GB of SSD storage and Windows 10. Note the game is a heavy memory user—16 GB is the practical floor and the higher presets want 32 GB. The PC port was notorious at release for very long shader-compilation times, high VRAM use, crashes and stutter, and it leaned hard on Iron Galaxy and Naughty Dog patches through 2023 to stabilize; make sure you are fully updated and let the initial shader build finish before judging performance.
